I support this, but it doesn't have to be a "taskbar", could also be a simpler way to minimize windows (not having to rightlick then minimize) or a rigid shortcut on the desktop (just like shortcuts on any image).

Something like tabs in ... well a bunch of programs... would be really great.

I'd be happy with any kind of management solution. This is critical for people who have to work with single monitors and/or small resolutions. The scaleui feature is nice to help with some of this but some of us can't see small text as well as we used to. I am rather surprised this request has such a low priority among customers.

I agree this would be very handy. Sometimes I have several library windows I refer to from time to time and it would be nice to just minimize them all (along with maps, or anything else) and then quickly open any of them back up without having to go to all different places. Seems like it would be fairly easy.
Or if not minimize, even just a "recently opened links" section would do.

I find the window management cumbersome and cluttering. I believe tabs within a window would be helpful.

A great addition would be to have a window mapped to a shortcut key behave as a toggle for that window -- if visible hide it or if hidden show it. I will create a new idea just for this small suggestion.

+1 for the idea of having the window mapped to the shortcut keys.

Window merging with tabs would be good, but a taskbar with windows on it would be awesome. In fact, incorporating it into the windows 10 taskbar with previews would be even better!
